Management Management Management The role and Job Description you’re hired for have nothing to do with what will be demanded of you. The work culture is very toxic to include insults, humiliation, and micro management. Any positive review about PSM is likely fabricated.

Lack of training and direction, lack of support, lack of culture, lack of collaboration. They just posted my old position and used a job description that doesn't even describe the actual job duties and left out one of the most important things they want you to do which is answering incoming branch calls, which are usually upset customers!!
