Interview
Values interview which your experiences need to align with their change mandate. This is followed by a panel based technical interview where you have to recommend a solution based on multiple options. You will then have a panel based leadership interview and a final round with the VP.

In the leadership interview they gave the example of a person who is a strong, senior technical contributor but has a history of making comments that can lead to friction with colleagues.
