Phone interview for screening. It was for individual who are below 30 years. It was a summer job position. It was short and focused on close ended question. They asked about my qualifications and availability.

Straightforward, friendly and online. There are many situational questions, they also asked if you are able to perform certain duties like toileting. There are two interviewers. The interview lasts 30 to 40 minutes.
