Group interview that takes 30min. This will take place at your University. It is more of a casual conversation. They will touch on what you are studying and ask about customer service skills.
It was super easy! Only a few steps and meeting the hiring lead. They walked you through everything and laid it all out. It started with a phone call and then virtual call.
