Waiting for response halfway to the process of hiring. Received the first driving record request now waititng for the next process of hiring. Not sure how much time will it take for the hiring process

Got a mechanical aptitude test and job simulation test after submitted resume after 10 days, in between I need to complete the questionnaire and also need to submit the 5 years driving record.
