Had a phone interview with director. It lasted about 20 minutes and was pleasant and friendly. I did not get an in-person interview, and also did not get a rejection email.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked to talk about knowledge of the community and issues in the community.
It was simple, initial interview with the team and then HR and the director. They got back to me very quickly with an offer, which I will be accepting. The interview process was done via zoom.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at United Way (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2015
Interview
All behavioral questions, first with a panel, then a few weeks later with hiring manager and HR. Very slow process, could take months to hear back. Questions weren't challenging, and hiring managers were pretty transparent in what they were looking for - workplace diversity, ability to navigate change, and motivation driven by performance metrics.
