I was interviewed for this position through a placement agency, which facilitated the entire recruitment process. The interview process consisted of two stages: an initial phone screening followed by a comprehensive second-round interview conducted online via video conference. Throughout both interviews, the interviewers placed significant emphasis on assessing my Salesforce knowledge and expertise. I was asked various technical questions regarding Salesforce functionality, including questions about customization capabilities, reporting features, automation tools, and my hands-on experience with the platform. The interviewers wanted to gauge my proficiency level and understand how I had previously utilized Salesforce in professional settings to manage customer relationships, track sales pipelines, and generate actionable insights from data.

Received an email for an interview through Microsoft Teams, received interview questions to review, had interview with 3 panelists, followed up twice, heard over 2 weeks later that I was not chosen to move ahead in the process.
