WM Dispatcher interview questions

Very hard to get by the generic questions that are asked of you, which by the way have nothing to do with the actual job. I honestly wish they would concentrate on your experience versus how you answer one of their generic questions.

You get interviewed by Team Leads and then dispatch supervisors. There are multiple rounds and each ask different questions about why you want to do the job. The hiring process takes a very long time, perhaps even so long as half a year.
