WM Route Manager interview questions

Very professional. Conducted interview over phone with its recruiter, and a few days later we had the first formal interview. Was told to expect a hour, but it was right around 30 minutes. Gave me time to ask questions at the end and provided me with a couple leadership books to read to prep for the role, if hired.

I applied through their website, and I got a call in about a week. The manager was pretty nice, and she asked some serious questions though which were reasonable for the position.
