Interview
Few human interaction in the process, cold, impersonal. First interview comprised acessing a link so you record yourself answering 8-10 questions about general aspects of career, previous projects, and some insights specific to the job opening. Careful with the space bar -- I inadvertently touched it while recording one of the answers and it skipped to the next question. Second phase was to build a case with a set of data given by the airline with 7 days to reply to HR. The case was a little bit on the difficult end but very interesting, directly tied to the work that would be performed on the actual job, and required a little bit of research and some projections. My ideas didn't totally fit the number of slides I was given, but oh well. And then... complete silence. Attempts to contact the hiring person to get any kind of updates were not fruitful and after over two months without feedback, I'm assuming I've been ghosted.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Be prepared for situational behaviour interview questions. Come prepared enough that you have examples of things like "tell me a time when you overcame an obstacle to a required task" or "tell me a time when you didn't agree with someone else and how that played out", etc., etc.
