Interview
I come here for the national hiring day, we waited in line and scheduled an hour to come back and make the interview. When the time comes, I need to enter a room with that guy and he asked me some questions.

Question 1
The guy asked me ten questions about situations, some examples are: - When was the time that you give a good service to someone - What you do in a situation of risk - What you do if you have an order to do something but you didn't understand - What is the most difficult task in your previous job - How you act in a situation of stress This type of question, it's easy but sometimes it's a little bit hard to respond.
Very easy they. asked me simple questions about my work experience and what kind of work I was currently looking for. Asked me what my interest were. Etc. They called me back within 3 days saying I got the job.

Interview
It was very straightforward, through COVID the process was nicer because it was very structured. Line ups of people for interviews and MANY scenario-based questions. It was difficult to come up with on the spot I would recommend preparing a lot.
