Simple submission of a very basic CV and phone call Asked questions regarding previous employment and what roles and responsibilities you have in that role. Then asked what availability is like for you and then will be told if you got the job
Informal interview in-store and a phone interview with the shop manager. Very friendly and relaxed process, the asked about my interests and why I wanted to work at the shop.

Asked about music in the charts and films that had recently been released.
Really chill interview, the managers were passionate about media and music. I got handed the job on the spot. Super casual! I had no shop experience but they saw my passion and thought I could add a lot to the store
