Do not work for this company
Pros
The only pro was receiving free AirPods from them when they bought the dental office I worked at.
Cons
They do not treat their employees like humans. Myself and my coworker endured relentless bullying from our manager. Despite numerous attempts to seek help from upper management and HR they did not make an effort to resolve anything. Instead of giving support or finding solutions they made the work place so uncomfortable for us to give us no choice but to quit. I was bing forced to work 5-6 days a week, all requests stop working overtime or take time off were denied, they would try to right us up for any time mistake made, and I was yelled at on multiple occasions in-front of patients and coworkers. The entire experience was not only de humanizing, but traumatizing. The benefits package is expensive for minimal coverage. They will give you “promotions” and additional responsibilities without raises or adequate wage adjustments for the additional work you are doing. They view employees as an expense and do not pay fair wages. They do not care about patient care. Their only goal is to make money.
