      Everything was good until the merger

      Cons

      Company culture used to be great until last year. With the merger everything has changed it has become a typical corporate. Old CFO is is trying to block the new CFO who is about to come. Doing lot of bad mouthing against the new CFO. Old CFO is very desperate to save hi job.

      Pros

      Higher Pay with flexible hours. Real HR and office policies. I like there is oversight of the practice. Education course was also a benefit.

      Cons

      Left because I thought groups were bad. Now going back.
