      structured guidance, good training and suitable for young talents.

      Cons

      Depends on the culture of the organization when u joined. A lot of social activities, has a bit of cult vibe. Asks you to respond to phrases, pressures you to buy merch, add conference.

      You get the opportunity to practice some business soft skills like public speaking.

      Cons

      The company is more like a cult then anything else. Most works work for free and will have to pay for expensive conferences. The organization is poorly organized and pushes workers to the point of breaking down. Employee turn over is almost 100% year over year. The only people who continue working are those with the highest positions.
