      They don't have no ounce of professionalism or morals in their criteria..all shame . They can't stand themselves or their life's.

      Cons

      As a former guard I am urging u, if you going to apply for this company, please think twice or will be sorry for you..these dispatchers give out guards number without their consent to other guards so they can called u on your off days to trained them over phone due to mobile supervisors refused to go on site to train them..they rather sleep in cars n dig their butts

      I do not see any benefits to be with this company, it is perfect example of micromanagement. If you need a job to survive I would say go for it, otherwise no

      Cons

      Compensation is always at the minimum level no matter what are you skill-set, experience and knowledge.There is no human culture at all, and must be always on guard to get some guidance to complete tasks.
