      Pros

      Online access to paystubs when they decided to pay you.

      Cons

      Where to start. They took forever to let me know when I'd start. If I called in, they did not relay the message to the company I was placed with. Many times our checks were wrong. There was zero communication between Aerotek and the company I was placed with. When I spoke to my Aerotek representative, he had no clue about anything.

      Easy onboarding. I was able to go to work quickly as a result of their assistance.

      I can't think of any. I left to pursue a career that was related to my degree.
