I learned how to handle customer complaints effectively and remain resilient while working for a careless company.

Cons

Low cost airline business model that was never designed to keep employees long term, in order to keep their costs and salaries low. When you hit the highest pay scale you are constantly being harassed and suspended so that they can replace you with a new hire paid 23$ per hour. (Only paid once the airplane is flying). You get layovers but can't afford to do anything but eat instant noodles in your room. Poverty wages and toxic environment. If your goal is to travel for a few years apply for Emirates.
