Pros

Great Co-Workers. Lots of experience.

Cons

This company is a mis-managed, orphaned child of Air Canada. The benefits are not worth it, the pay is not worth it, and even worse there is not enforced vision for Rouge. It's very sad to see - what was once a very fun company - absolutely wither away. This Company is not worth your time.

Pros

Flying benefits (but youll likely be too poor to use them and it’s getting harder and harder to fly on standby)

Cons

- with the new contract, starting salary for the year will be about $23,000. You’ll never make a living wage working for AC Rouge and they say you can “flow through” to Air Canada later on, but what they don’t tell you is that you’ll be stuck at a lower wage than your equal colleagues because you’re from Rouge. AC has always wanted a 2 tier pay scale for employees working THE SAME ROLE with the SAME YEARS OF SERVICE and with Rouge members coming over to AC, they get just that.. for example, you have 9 years with AC rouge but when you come to mainline, as of the most recent contract, you’ll be getting paid a 5 year wage - to this company, you are just a number - awful working conditions - terrible layover destinations - you’re barely ever home and cannot afford to live in this society - better off working for another airline if you want make a career out of flight attending
