      Dysfunction at it highest level and poor management from top-down

      Good people and the potential of being one day a decent organization.

      Poor management No vision Poor corporate culture The total absence of Strategy. The constant and aimless change of direction Low engagement Poor HR practices HR missing in action even in blatant abuse situations A string of inexperienced CEOs including the new one Fear, no trust, and uncertainty at all levels

      Meet really good long time friends

      Cons

      Short staffed, over worked, be prepared to work 50 to 60 hr weeks in stressful work place, management team have all worked at azga in different departments and have never been in management hence no management skills, just bully skills, micro managed all day and they have a " rat" and kiss butt policy, the more you point fingers at your coworkers the higher the position you get. Procedures change daily and u get a email about changes multiple times per day. Training is a joke, 20 people start in training and maybe 1 or 2 remain.......

      - Managers lead by intimidation - People with weak leadership skills are being promoted to management positions - Not uncommon to find associates crying in the washroom - Results are more important than people - Allianz culture: if you're not stressed, you're not working hard enough
