Terrible place to work - Case Manager Allianz Partners Employee Review

Short staffed, over worked, be prepared to work 50 to 60 hr weeks in stressful work place, management team have all worked at azga in different departments and have never been in management hence no management skills, just bully skills, micro managed all day and they have a " rat" and kiss butt policy, the more you point fingers at your coworkers the higher the position you get. Procedures change daily and u get a email about changes multiple times per day. Training is a joke, 20 people start in training and maybe 1 or 2 remain.......
