*Communication is not being taken super seriously, and although it is not a big place, sometimes feels like it. Chaotic process (when there is a process) *Some people in management really screw up other people's work, don't communicate super well about their decisions, arbitrarily attribute work to themselves instead of discussing what could be done better. *Lack of ambition, interest in R&D, no real will to do things better and improve. *I was let go after three months without any kind of explanation, or warning, nothing, so I can't honestly say it's a good place.
