Pros
I was lucky to be part of a team that communicated well and felt right at home while working. The office supported talking and joking in the open studio environment as long as we were all still working.
Cons
And work hard we did, often perpetually behind deadlines in several departments. Usually due to unbudgeted time and staff for client revisions, a problem not solved by having everyone work late a few nights. Project extensions are very common. Also, Christmas bonuses consist of Santa bringing everyone a grab bag of dollar store toys.
