      Pros

      They used to be an amazing company 3 years ago, now they could care less about anyone.

      Cons

      The sad part about this company is that they had taken the time to encourage a proper culture, yet, in a time of COVID-19 they have proven themselves to be ruthless. Not only did they do the temporary layoffs, which was fine, because there was an assumption that after a certain period of time that there was some job security. However, out of the, they decide to start permanently laying off senior staff members. Again, this could be understandable in this climate. What shows the heartlessness of this company is that not even 24 hours later after permanently laying off a significant portion of the staff...they put up job postings for those exact same positions. What they haven't considered is the loss of training and knowledge that has left with the seniority that they got rid of. Wouldn't recommend this company to my enemy to work for.

      None at all. New President and management couldn’t care less about its employees.

      Cons

      Toxic culture No stability “Go Forward Plan” not really going anywhere Constant turn over Vacation... yeah right. Go on vacation and you are black balled for it. Unrealistic expectations of employees to give up time. No work life balance

      Pros

      There are no pros to working here. There are good people working within the company, but all management and leadership are corrupt.

      Cons

      -Unstable employment -Corrupt leadership -Unethical, deceitful, dishonest management who will do anything for their own gain, regardless of the costs to others -Horrible company that has no problem getting rid of large numbers of employees without cause, while continuing to hire new employees who they also let go without cause -Terrible outlook and no future -Horrible location -No acknowledgement for hard work Avoid working for this corrupt company at all costs! They will tell you everything you want to hear in the beginning, but will get rid of you as quickly as they hired you! They will refuse to give you a reason or explanation for their decision. Stay away for your own good!
