They used to be an amazing company 3 years ago, now they could care less about anyone.
Cons
The sad part about this company is that they had taken the time to encourage a proper culture, yet, in a time of COVID-19 they have proven themselves to be ruthless. Not only did they do the temporary layoffs, which was fine, because there was an assumption that after a certain period of time that there was some job security. However, out of the, they decide to start permanently laying off senior staff members. Again, this could be understandable in this climate. What shows the heartlessness of this company is that not even 24 hours later after permanently laying off a significant portion of the staff...they put up job postings for those exact same positions. What they haven't considered is the loss of training and knowledge that has left with the seniority that they got rid of. Wouldn't recommend this company to my enemy to work for.
