Pros

Staff discount - 50% Ok products - free samples to take home. Can try products in store Cant think of any more pros

Cons

The management of this company is terrible. The upper management is very disorganized and nosy. They are very nosy and will put you on the spot to get the answer they want. They play mind games with the employees. Unreasonable. What they promote to you during interview is not true. Very nosy and will make you change your availability to their needs. They cant take no for an answer. The upper management are bullies to its employees. What they ask of their advisors to know and work for are very unreasonable and not worth for the pay. The manager is very terrible and provides no privacy to its staff and no sense of personal space. A lot of unwanted physical touch and expect it to be ok because they are a "spa ritual company" So far the worst retail work experience ive ever had

worst retail job you can find, to be honest

Pros

Decent co-workers, 50% discount on products

Cons

Bullies in upper-management, zero training yet unreasonably high expectations for secret shops that involve a 30-point list of "rituals" and other ridiculous things you must provide *every guest* with when the majority of shoppers just want their shampoo and to be left alone. Minimum wage for an exhausting and unrewarding job.
