      Decent co-workers, 50% discount on products

      Cons

      Bullies in upper-management, zero training yet unreasonably high expectations for secret shops that involve a 30-point list of "rituals" and other ridiculous things you must provide *every guest* with when the majority of shoppers just want their shampoo and to be left alone. Minimum wage for an exhausting and unrewarding job.

      Healthcare is a little expensive. No cons really Products is great, salon is great.

      I got discount prices (really high not allowed to say) on Aveda products, and had great coworkers.

      Cons

      Slow and boring; also zero flexibility for time off. Like I couldn't go home for the holidays.
