Recently there has been a merge. I used to work for Credential. To be fair, I don't know the other two companies and their cultures but all the Credential middle management are in the new organization: Aviso Wealth. Middle management is horrible, horrible and horrible. You cannot reach the upper management, and middle managers always tell their side of the story to them execs. Some of them cannot even communicate in English. They bully employees and HR don't seem to care. I've never been bullied but I've witnessed at least three incidents. I touched base with HR every time and not only came out nothing but I became the 'unwanted'. There's no career path. It's really a disaster. Just check the openings. Do you think it's a coincidence that they're looking for 80+ people? Everyone is running away. They've lost so many talents for the last 3-4 months.
