If hard work, transparency, honesty and commitment are your only traits, this company won't like you. Lazy politicians do great here! Too much politics, lack of transparency, chain of command management structure, and you'll almost never get the truth from most people in the management. You want employee engagement? Really? Your HR team sucks. You've hired too many children with no or very little experience who have no idea what they're doing. The good ones already left Aviso.
