The organization truly has the approach of trusting its people to lead ubiquitously, and this leads to new innovations occurring at all levels in the company. In particular, if you identify a better way to deliver client work then nobody will hold you back - this organization embraces change.
Cons
The pace of work can be overwhelming, especially if you are just starting your career. But the support is there - don't hesitate to look for it.
