      - Rapid growth can lead to overloading of work - Flat structure tends to cause confusion - Tendency to over commit to work - Range of opinions and standards - Vague job classes and descriptions - Unclear expectations / chain of command

      Great work culture. Company treats their employees very well. There are some cool project to work on.

      Cons

      Some of the work is very tedious and repetitive. It can be difficult to get connected on projects.
