Bunch of Clowns

Pros

They throw a lot of nice parties

Cons

This company is run by clowns, where your manager is not the person you are working with or as no idea what you are doing since they never done it themself. They have no respect for human workforce as they downsize every now and then, meaning they don't know how to run a cie. Salary is not that good since they compare themself with only surrounding cie their size (which are non existant) instead of North America Their modo: work as fast as you can doing bad CAD data and hurry to dump it in the next department

Pros

Good benefits package. Great and innovative products. Funny work environment Good culture and values at this time, but not sure in the future

Cons

Salaries are now low to average. CEO (under pressure of shareholders) has decided that 60% of canadian workers were too much paid. So for a good part of us, our wage is frozen for a decade! Overtime is not paid. Growth of the company passes only by Mexico or other countries with cheap labor. No progression plan or opportunies for mid-level employees.
