Cons
I witnessed immature and unqualified BOXX Modular and Black Diamond management bully and disrespect many hard working and dedicated fellow employees. In one particular recent case earlier this year; they wrongfully terminated out best sales representative. He was smart, great to work with extremely hard working and knew what it took to grow the business. I think our boss fired him because he felt the the sales rep was a threat to his own future promotion and growth in the company. What's worse is that the executive allowed this to happen to such a great team player and potentially amazing future leader for the company.
