Biggest small company around tons of bureaucracy makes it hard to get anything done. Management seems to waste a lot of time in meetings without actually achieving or implementing anything. If you are not "in" with the executive/cool crowd you are completely expendable and unappreciated. Lots of office politics and secrecy. They seem to let people go without real cause and without any warnings to improve performance to make room for their friends and industry contacts.
