      Pros

      Salary is decent, the bar is low so it's hard to mess up

      Cons

      CEO Pedro is an Elon Musk fanboy, which can be seen on his online interviews and twitter account, which is problematic given Musk's government coup. In the past year, he's also mandated RTO, cut equity compensation across the board, and implemented layoffs. Every time I interact with him makes me feel a little more disgusted with him (and myself for lying back and taking it). But I have a family to feed so I'll be here a bit longer.

      Tech, coworkers, working environment, remote work, and nice compensation setup.

      Days after reassuring people they will lay you off. Incompetent high level management will cause problems.

      Cons

      I joined the CX team this year and unfortunately it hasn't been what I expected as the work is repetitive and there is little room for growth within the department. If you have a couple years of work experience, I would recommend that you do not go for this role.
