      Pros

      Salary is decent, the bar is low so it's hard to mess up

      Cons

      CEO Pedro is an Elon Musk fanboy, which can be seen on his online interviews and twitter account, which is problematic given Musk's government coup. In the past year, he's also mandated RTO, cut equity compensation across the board, and implemented layoffs. Every time I interact with him makes me feel a little more disgusted with him (and myself for lying back and taking it). But I have a family to feed so I'll be here a bit longer.

      good product, smart people and really great people work here

      Cons

      Quota attainment next to impossible, ton of turnover right now, morale is horrendous, little path for promotion
