The only pro to working at carquest is being able to say "I have a job".

Cons

There's little room to advance. While they claim they will send you to do extra training they rarely ever come through. A lot of the managers are dependent on their minimum wage earning staff members to run the operations while they collect their pay/holidays/bonus money. The pay is terrible. The bonuses are basically non-existent. You could break the world record for sales and the only one who is going to benefit is your manager,
