      Pros

      The only pro would be the benefits which have changed over the years - not for the better. Premiums went up and less coverage,

      Cons

      RTO made me and numerous people leave the company. New leadership team is very cold hearted and will layoff great employees but keep the bad apples. Numerous people still at the company who should have been let go for bullying however the HR team is a joke. The HR department is incompetent and ignore emails until it’s something they need from you. Everyone is leaving because there are numerous companies out there that still have work from home and hybrid positions.
