      Pros

      Very few. Any positive things are equally negative or not real. Relaxed atmosphere but in reality people are too stressed about management's perception that it kills any desire for growth.

      Cons

      Lack of opportunity. Lack of engagement from management. Lack of understanding that people need to know where they are going with their career. Expectation to wait forever for incremental advancement is unacceptable. Management with over 20 years should leave and make room for more competent people.

      Pros

      - good working environment - lots of opportunity to advance career, including taking on projects or temporary roles to gain additional training. - excellent management. Supportive managers who are willing to help and are very patient. - excellent work life balance. very flexible and understanding if you need to work from home, etc.

      Cons

      nothing really. I loved working here, but wanted to do something else.
