      Some of the people are great.

      Cons

      Management does not believe in work/life balance. 60+ hour work weeks are the norm. There is no communication. New employees are supposed to know exactly what is expected for each project even though scopes of work and schedules are either not prepared or kept up to date. Favoritism is common and if you aren't in the 'inner circle' you won't get attention, opportunity, or recognition. Human Resources is a gossip, nothing is confidential. This is the worst company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      Schedule is semi-flexible - you have to be in the field at the times required but can complete reports on your time. Work from home option due to varying hours. Work truck available to full-time field staff so they can leave to the field directly from their house. Exercise plan reimbursement. Encouraged to further education by taking specialized courses.

      Cons

      Working 50 hours a week average. This is because you work 50-60 hours during the field season and try to find work to make 40 hours during the off season. No overtime or overflow of extra hours except when working on a holiday.
