- Benefits - Surmont camp was a good place to live considering being on a fly in and out - Fly in and out schedule

Cons

- Relies on a buddy system to get hired which reflects in the individuals they have working there. - Extremely disorganized, general lack of direction in terms of work scopes and priorities. - Entire management team is either an operator or has a 2 year tech degree which is reflective in the general lack of technical knowledge and logical thinking. - Conoco is basically like flipping burgers - need the job to collect money but other then that don't bet on building a career here.

Absolutely horrible management. Promoted bullying and disrespect within team. Now they are over at Cenovus so they should fit in fine based on the reviews under Cenovus.

I've worked with smart and good people at Conocophilips.

Cons

I've worked with at few different teams and managers and teams in this company: 1- Management are very discriminative. Basically if you are not WHITE, it will take you forever to grow and advance in this company. 2- Company culture is not fun at all. Employees are keeping to themselves. very conservative. 3- training opportunity is very limited.
