Lack of communication Some partners are week and care more about their fancy shoes than talking to their staff Partner spends more time surfing the web than leading the team No gratitude to the staff for busting their butts The company’s plan for growth is really aggressive and if you happen to get in the way Look out!!!

Flexible Schedule, Overtime pay, great benefits, RRSP contributions, Vacation time.

Cons

I am sure this company would be good to work for if you were on any team other than the Interior Design team. Its like a completely forgotten team. Literally ZERO mentorship. They fired everyone that provided mentorship and have never hired anyone to replace them. The team has been dwindling down over the last few years and has lacked any sort of upward momentum over the last few years. Also collaboration between the disciplines is not great.
