Forgotten Team - Interior Designer DIALOG (Canada) Employee Review

I am sure this company would be good to work for if you were on any team other than the Interior Design team. Its like a completely forgotten team. Literally ZERO mentorship. They fired everyone that provided mentorship and have never hired anyone to replace them. The team has been dwindling down over the last few years and has lacked any sort of upward momentum over the last few years. Also collaboration between the disciplines is not great.
