- Amazing people - Cool projects and work - Great office location - Pay was pretty good compared to other VFX studios - Prod Managers and AMs were awesome

Cons

- 0 company culture; they had nothing for employees and cut any fun possible - Management was horrible and they would talk to you very inappropriately - Very disorganized so lots of OT due to disorganization - No career growth

- Work from home - Dental plan - Hollywood-class shows to work

Cons

- India is sucking the most of the work, with less hope for NA - This is not a long-term career - You can be replaced much quicker than you think - Insane turnover - They do not pay OT anymore - They can cut your salary even when the company is doing great. - They did a brutal layoff in 2024 in North America without telling everybody.
