      - India is sucking the most of the work, with less hope for NA - This is not a long-term career - You can be replaced much quicker than you think - Insane turnover - They do not pay OT anymore - They can cut your salary even when the company is doing great. - They did a brutal layoff in 2024 in North America without telling everybody.
