Pros
Being part of the team that's leading in CGM technology is rewarding beyond what I expected in a "industry" job. The social impact of what we do as well as the interest of HCPs in our technology makes us a welcome and valued industry partner and collaborator. Patient feedback makes me feel every day like a Superhero -- what we do for a living changes lives for the much, much better.
Cons
Hoping for wider insurance coverage so every patient on rapid acting insulin can afford to use our technology.
