      Pros

      Some of the people there. Able to learn about petrochemical business/operations.

      Cons

      Lack of psychological safety exists depending on department/leader. Lots of fake people - environment is for those good at pretending.

      Can't even find one. Just not a great place to be if you have drive or eager to advance.

      Cons

      - Slow pace - Small work and activities - Bureaucracy and lack of innovative thinking. Only Dow ways matters, which leads to working with Dos based programs, spreadsheets and very simple tools. - Pay is very poor. -Morale is very low. -Dow is a master at offshoring. Cutting back on Canadian workforce to boost India's workforce so constantly laying off.
