      Pros

      Huge call centre, free use of 407 ETR, start rate for VEP is $15.10 after about 6-7 months it goes up to $18.15 and it will go up again in Feb 1/2018 when they renew with union. CSR make up to $22, a lot of overtime. Flexible with school schedules (part timers).

      Cons

      Nothing so far, some managers don't seem too interested in the lower people (VEP), have yet to see any of them introduce themselves.

      -Agency has faced lost and casualties as its work through its change process -is in the process of strategic agency transformation which means that disruptions are occur and will have to be tackle in the mist if change.
