Cons
The cons is only for the Supply Chain department. The workplace culture is extremely toxic and driven by favoritism. The manager shows clear bias, acting overly sweet and agreeable toward upper management while treating regular employees very differently, depending on whether she personally likes you or not. Professional growth is not based on merit or performance. Instead, it's about staying in the manager’s good graces, often by blindly agreeing with her or becoming a yes-person. If you're not one of her “favorites,” be prepared to be ignored, dismissed, or even subtly sabotaged. There's no effort to support employee development or improvement. Feedback, if given, is often unconstructive and laced with attitude. Overall, it’s not a supportive or respectful environment and definitely not a place where hard work alone will get you ahead.
