strong pipleline pay benefits opportunity - a lot! training good mid level management

-toxic upper management - much training on how to lead with no follow up. Bullying by managers. Upper management is aware and take no action. -unrelenting gossip that you are expected to participate in including discussions on spouses, other employees, other managers, etc. This will occur during work hours, off site meetings, etc. Think Mean Girls! -HR conversations are 100% not private - don't be fooled. They will seek feedback but it is NOT private and will be shared. -Much focus on negative depending on division. Not all departments are like this. Get an internal reference before accepting an offer. -unrelenting metrics for everything
